Seasonal Training

This class will explore many different types of exercises using all of the muscle groups.  A new style of class will be introduced every 6 weeks.  Classes will offer exercises in Aerobic Dance, Barre, Cardio & Weights, Flexibility and more.  The class will be instructed by Wendy Moore.
