J.O.Y. Fitness Club

Our newest venture for our Just Older Youth members will be a club that promotes healthy habits and exercise by tracking the number of times that you come into the park to exercise.  Formerly known as the Lunch Bunch Walkers, this fitness club will require a one time sign up at the front desk.  Participation will be tracked for each participant and monthly progress will be posted on the board closest to the cardio room.  There will be special drawings and prizes to celebrate leaders and achieved goals.

Remember to scan your membership card each time you exercise.  All types of exercise are counted towards your fitness goals.
