Lite Side

Staying in shape has never been more fun and easy!  Meet and make friends while learning new and modern workout routines.  This fitness class is tailored to our senior members or those just starting out with low impact aerobics, yoga, and Zumba incorporated into each workout.

Classes are taught on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m. with Instructor Wendy Moore.

These classes are included with paid membership.
