Perfect for Larger Gatherings & Celebrations

The Palmetto Room is the larger rental space in our Timmerman Building.  It is ideal for family gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers, home owner association meetings and more.  It will accommodate up to 50 people.  Tables and chairs are provided.

*A full renovation of the room is scheduled for Fall and new fees will begin October 1.*

• Rental Fees:
  • $20 non-refundable Service Fee
    • $25 non-refundable Service Fee (beginning Oct.1)
  • $35 per hour
    • $45 per hour (beginning Oct. 1)
  • Total amount due at time of reservation

**The Timmerman Building does NOT allow alcoholic beverages**
