Classes are low impact while delivering a full body workout. If you’re looking for toning your glutes, legs and strengthening your core this is the class for you! It takes only a few classes to see the difference. The Barre is used as a tool to help with balance while using ballet inspired moves. This class is about increased strength and toned physique for all ages and at any fitness level.
Classes are taught by Instructor Wendy Moore on Tuesdays from 6:00-6:45 p.m.
