Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves to create a dynamic, calorie-burning workout.  It is designed for all fitness levels and emphasizes a fun and engaging experience.

Meet our newest fitness instructor, Teshia, also known as Tee Cradle or Coach ~T. She is thrilled to be your new Zumba instructor! Teshia’s journey began in 2018, driven by her love for dancing and a personal commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Helping others feel good inside and out while having fun dancing has kept Teshia motivated for the past seven years.
It is always her goal for everyone in her class to leave feeling magical and empowered to change or maintain their mobility—one movement at a time. Teshia’s motto is to encourage you to dance like nobody’s watching; that’s when we truly have the most fun!
