Sunset Yoga

Basic Yoga poses are taught in a calming and relaxing environment.  Yoga promotes physical and mental well-being while relieving stress, lower back and neck pain also improving sleep.  Beginners to intermediates will work on poses to stretch and strengthen the entire body.  These sessions take place at our water front area.  Enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful sunset over the water during class.
