This workout class will be held on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm in the Palmetto Room instructed by Nancy Kieltsch.

Meet Nancy Kieltsch. Nancy is AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, and retired law enforcement officer. Nancy follows a comprehensive personal fitness regimen built around resistance training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition. Her goal in each training session is not only to achieve member goals, but also to push them past their comfort zone to reach their full potential. Her classes are challenging, but fun, she sees each class as an adventure and looks forward to bringing each of you along in her journey. Nancy’s motto is “We may live longer, but we desire to be mobile, healthy, and fit at every stage of life.”
