Lite Side

Staying in shape has never been more fun and easy!  Meet and make friends while learning new and modern workout routines.  This fitness class is tailored to our senior members or those just starting out with low impact aerobics, yoga, and Zumba incorporated into each workout.

Classes are taught on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m. with Instructor Wendy Moore in the Gym.

These classes are included with paid membership.

Meet Wendy Moore! Wendy is a retired safety engineer with many hobbies spanning from classic cars and camping to knitting and gardening. Her large range of interests spilled over into the fitness world. Wendy is a certified group exercise instructor and certified personal trainer with specialties in yoga, Pilates, barre, cardio kickboxing, peri/postmenopausal exercise modalities, and even belly dancing. She uses a combination of all of these specialties in her class! She welcomes all levels as she teaches variations of many exercises. Wendy’s goal is to make sure that everyone has fun and feels welcome. Her main focus is to provide a class with cardiovascular benefits, muscle building and toning, as well as balance and coordination.
