Warrior Combat

Don’t let the name intimidate you.  This class is for EVERYONE!  Warrior Combat is boxing inspired and powerful.  Designed with 2 thirty minute sections that are distinguished by timed intervals and moves to music.  Both sections include boxing combinations, HIIT training, total body strengthening and aerobic conditioning.  Come join us and find your FIERCE!

Jessica Crout will instruct this class on Thursdays from 6:15pm – 7:15pm in the Dogwood Room.

Meet Jessica Crout!! Jessica is a full time homeschool mom and a former high school English teacher. Her fitness style focuses on strength and mobility with an emphasis on martial arts. Jessica has worked in the fitness industry for 9 years and currently specializes in the WARRIOR fitness formats.
