Basic Yoga poses are taught in a calming and relaxing environment. Yoga promotes physical and mental well-being while relieving stress, lower back and neck pain also improving sleep. Beginners to intermediates will work on poses to stretch and strengthen the entire body. These sessions are taught at our water front area. Come enjoy the fresh air and beautiful sunset over the water during class.
