Put the weights down and grab a resistance band! This class is for any age at any fitness level. Effective workouts at multiple fitness levels are offered that exercise the entire body. Our Instructor will teach “easy on the joints” movements that also grow and tone muscles. RBT is your body moving against “resistance” giving your muscles an effective workout.
Classes are taught on Mondays from 6:00-6:30 p.m.
We supply the bands at No Charge.
