Basic Yoga poses are taught in a calming and relaxing environment. Yoga promotes physical and mental well-being while relieving stress, lower back and neck pain also improving sleep. Beginners to intermediates will work on poses to stretch and strengthen the entire body. Instructor, Wendy Moore will show you how to enjoy the benefits of Yoga as a family and also how to alter poses for any age and fitness level. All ages are welcome, but those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
This class will be offered on Saturdays in January and does require a fee and registration. You may register at the park or online.
