Cardio & Weights

This class concentrates on a 30/30 workout.  The class begins with a 30 minute cardio workout burning calories and fat. Then followed by a 30 minute workout consisting of light weights to help tone and strengthen the muscles.

Classes are taught by Instructor Becky Geeting on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 p.m.

These classes are included with paid membership.
