Instructor, Becky Geeting, introduces you to the popular 30/30 Cardio & Weight class. Offered twice a week on an ongoing basis, this workout consists of 30 minutes of cardio excercises followed by 30 minutes of light weights for general muscle toning with a focus on the abdominal region. Strengthen your body and vitality in just two hours a week!
