Summer Nights at the Barre

Using a combination of postures from ballet, yoga and Pilates. The Barre is used as a prop to balance while doing the exercises. Improves posture, muscle definition, weight loss, increased flexibility and reduces stress. Individuals at any fitness level can participate.

$10/month for Gregg Park Members
$15/month for Non-Members.
